Complete this application form to apply for the Elite Athletes and/or Artistic Performers adjustment factor scheme and Macquarie University Sport Scholarships. See closing dates below.

Application Deadlines:
  • On time elite athlete and/or artistic performers adjustment factor scheme applications close at 5pm (Eastern Time) on Friday, 24 November 2023.
  • Continuing Macquarie University Sports Scholars who wish to re-apply must submit their application via Smartabase. The application period for continuing Macquarie University Sport Scholars is 1 August 2022 to Wednesday, 30 November 2022.
  • No applications can be accepted after 24 November 2023.

EAAP Scheme decisions will be made in early December.
Macquarie University sport scholarship decisions will be made in early February.
