Complete this application form to apply for the Elite Athletes and/or Artistic Performers adjustment factor scheme and Macquarie University Sport Scholarships. See closing dates below.

Application Deadlines:
  • On time elite athlete and/or artistic performers adjustment factor scheme applications close at 5pm (Eastern Time) on Friday, 22 November 2024.
  • If you are currently on the Macquarie University Sport Scholar Program and wish to continue in 2026 please contact sportsscholars@mq.edu.au.
  • No applications can be accepted after 22 November 2024.

EAAP Scheme decisions will be made in early December.
Macquarie University sport scholarship decisions will be made in early February.
